What age can I join?
We offer programs for players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Click on the Get Involved menu item for more details about our programs.


Do I need prior volleyball experience to join?
Not at all! We welcome players of all experience levels. Whether you're new to the sport or have years of practice, our coaches are here to help you grow and improve. Click on the Get Involved menu item for more details about our programs.


How do I register for a program or team?
You can find all the details and registration links by clicking on the Get Involved menu item.


What membership is required to play at a Brisbane Spikers event?
All participants need at least a Recreational Volleyball Queensland Membership to join our sessions. For Volleyball Queensland or Volleyball Australia-sanctioned events, a Full Membership is required. Memberships follow a calendar year and are valid from the date of purchase until March 31 of the following year. For more details and to register, visit the Volleyball Queensland website.


Is financial assistance available?
Yes, we are a proud FairPlay provider.

For those that are successfully selected to participate in the Premier Volleyball League season, we have Payment Plans available. For those in financial hardship, please contact us to discuss further support. 


How can I volunteer with the club?
We’re always looking for volunteers to help with coaching, event organization, team management, and other activities. If you’d like to get involved, please reach out to us for more details.


Where are your training venues?
We’re proud to partner with the following venues:

  • John Paul College – Daisy Hill
These partnerships allow us to provide high-quality training facilities for our members.


Are you insured?
Yes, our activities are covered by Volleyball Australia insurance, included with your Volleyball Queensland membership.

Premier Volleyball League FAQs

What membership is required to play Premier Volleyball League?
A Full Membership with Volleyball Queensland is required to participate in Volleyball Queensland or Volleyball Australia-sanctioned events. Memberships follow a calendar year and are valid from the date of application until March 31 of the following year. Visit the Volleyball Queensland website for details and registration.


Where can I register for Brisbane Spikers trials?

What is the cost of Youth and Senior Premier Volleyball League?
Cost details can be found on our Premier Volleyball League page.


For Youth Premier Volleyball League, is adult supervision required?
Yes, we ask that at least one parent from the team be present during games.


Do you provide carpooling?

Unfortunately, the club does not organise carpooling. Parents and team members can arrange their own transportation to and from games independently.


Where are the games played?
Games are held in Brisbane or the Gold Coast:

  • Youth games: Friday nights
  • Senior games: Sundays
