What is PVL?
The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is the highest-level club-representative volleyball competition in South-East Queensland, organized by Volleyball Queensland. The PVL season runs from April to September, catering to both open-age and junior divisions, with trials typically held in February.

About Registering for Trial
- In order to trial for Spikers, you MUST register and pay for the trial.
- You will need to indicate what division or age group you are trialing for.
- You will need to indicate a position you wish to trail for.
- Select the trail session(s) you wish to attend.
What happens after I register to trial?- You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you have successfully registered.
- Arrive at your trial session(s) 15 minutes prior to confirm registration.
- At trials put your best foot forward.
What happens after trials?
- All players will be notified of the outcome of trials by email.
- Two rounds of offers will occur.
- Players who are offered a place will be asked to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the offer. To confirm their place, those who accept will need to make initial PVL payment, apply for/renew VQ registration, and complete a club transfer to Brisbane Spikers if needed.
Trial Registrations Due
- Trial registrations will close the day before the trial or if the session reaches capacity. This allows the club volunteers time to arrange registration administration.
